Today, my boyfriend and I were driving back to college. He broke up with me 2 hours into the 3 hour drive. I had to sit in the car with him for the last hour. FML

Today, my boyfriend broke up with me because he "couldn't handle the distance." He said he "couldn't commit to driving to see me long term." We live two hours apart, and I've driven to him every time; he never tried to come to me once. FML

i had a similar thing happen my boyfriend broke up with me on trip to Chicago i was stuck with him for 2 weeks after. An hour really isn't that bad

#36....yeah, its her fault that she made the last hour wierd by being there..... If you're so rediculas that you cant wait an hour to give news like that, until you're not stuck in a car right next to them, then i'm not sure you deserve to be in a serious relationship. and who would choose to go on a three hour car ride with the intention to break up with them afterward? your reverse FML= FAIL
