I can't remember exactly. I stay on birth control regularly and I've never had a problem. And also if he wants it bad enough he should be willing to wear a condom. Forget pregnancy, sex can cause diseases. Just saying

Apparently a specific harsh cleaning solution (like Windex, but not that one, I've forgotten the name of it) used to originally be sold as a douching solution (back in the 30's I believe). I can't even begin to imagine what those women went through.
