Today, my boyfriend of a month had to leave early. I asked him why and he replied that his brother was getting off the bus and he needed to feed him. I had never met his brother, and I said "He can't feed himself? What is he, retarded?" He is. FML

YDI x 100. I have a handicap brother that I watch and help daily so I get to deal with pleasant people like you all the time. If you're a bit too dense to figure out why a sibling would need to be fed, you ask "How old is he?" That narrows it down immensely and you don't have to let the world know you're an idiot. I have a brother with autism, and I know how people can act about it. She really should've asked instead of trying to be funny. If he took it as a joke, there's something wrong with both of your senses of humor. I'm just shocked she didn't know beforehand. A month is a long time to not bring up family you live with and help take care of. I agree with you 100%. YDI.
