That's how my ex was. First he said he wanted to hit me around the year point. After a year and a half the first time he did it was in public. He belittled me and beat me for two and a half years then left me for another woman. Now everyone tells me I need therapy because I am a different person. GET OUT NOW! It doesn't get any better from here OP.
