Today, my boyfriend apparently lied to me when he'd said we could get a dog one day. I bought a puppy for him in secret but as soon as he saw it he was all, "What the hell is that? We’re not keeping it." It’s now with his parents, as he didn’t want it overnight or even in the house. FML

It doesn't really matter how long they have been dating or how young they are retards. they could have still been in love. its called young love. My mom married her 8th grade bf an they are still together. well she could have been in love but if he chooses a dog over you then he was just crushin.

Not gonna blame him. Girls come and go, dogs are like a best friend, and a brother. Dogs stay loyal; unless you treat them horribly, they'll never run away, and always be there fore you. I'd pick the dog as well. More importantly, his mum seems like a psychobitch.
