If there's no chance that it was an old picture I'd dump him. And if it WAS an old picture... that's... pretty awkward... I mean, he couldn't be bothered to take a new one for you and sent you one that he had probably also had sent to the ex? I dunno. Either way it's an uncomfortable situation.
