I might be one of the few crazy enough to see his point. You two need to spoon however comfortable, so that you aren't face to face.

I understand this feeling, (not the dumb carbkn dioxude thing, I hate breathing my own hot air, it feels gross) Try making him the little spoon or something. Not everyone likes to get smothered. Good luck!

I know what he means. when your face is really close to something the air you breath out can't escape well. have him put another pillow under him so he's breathing over you, and not into the back of your neck.

Although what he said was pretty stupid, I do understand where he's coming from. I don't mind cuddling before bed but I hate sleep-cuddling. I don't even really like sharing a bed at all; I need my space when I sleep. And cuddling can be uncomfortable when it's hot as well.

I hate that as well. plus I feel that all the air collects in the middle.
