I'm actually kind of like that. If my boyfriend's face is right by mine then I breathe in HIS carbon dioxide and I get really annoyed. :/ Still love him though. We find a different cuddle position.

I love cuddling but not with faces close. I wouldn't say it's because of carbon dioxide, but breathing in the same small space for an extended period of time is uncomfortable. It gets hot and stuffy and if you haven't both just brushed your teeth it probably doesn't smell great either.
I actually have that same Co2 issue
my husband and I are the same way... just don't breathe in his face or shove his face into your body... We love to cuddle still.. and we kiss all the time... but I cannot stand him breathing in my face while I'm trying to sleep... so we spoon lol
