I think he meant that if you where more like one of the guys, the relationship would be better. For example, if a Girl was designing their house with her husband, and he was picking all the wrong things, she might say "this would be better if you where a girl" or in your case - "this would be better if you had a ******". Not necessarily meaning she would prefer a lesbian relationship. :)

Except it seems he said "penis" not "male". I do see your point though. I'm slightly confused. Either OP made him homosexual or bi-curious, or something of the "better if you were a guy."

This is how I saw it, too. But maybe he's bisexual. OP- Offer to do him with a strap-on. Problem solved! =D But being openly gay in Mexico City takes more balls than what any of the macho Mexicans claim they have put together.. So maybe OP's his beard. Or his mustache. 13 - this makes perfect sense if he had said "I wish you were a guy" or "I wish you were more like a guy/bloke/man etc". This is common and understandable, but when you talk to your girlfriend about her genitalia, it's hard not to see a sexual connotation.

this is how he meant it because most guys get alone with guys better since they have more in common and can act dumb and do dumb things and it's socially excepted within the group of friends. most woman are judgmental about what us guys enjoy doing and give us crap about doing what we do.

Or maybe he meant something more along the lines of better communication. Men tend to be more forthright and clear, don't play the "you-should-be-able-to-read-my-mind" game, and get over disagreements faster. Just ask him what he meant. See? Communication.
