So I'm like, confused if OP meant to write "A penis" or not. Cause if he just meant she needed penis as in you need more sex, then YDI for being so frigid toward him. If he meant you needed A penis to make the relationship better...well...FYL.

The OP is a woman in Mexico. It is quite likely English is not her first language and she meant "a penis" but left out the article. Simple language error in the post. Sounds like her boyfriend wants a boyfriend of his own.
