To all the idiots saying you can't sleep with a tampon in - Some girls don't have a damn choice. It's either sleep with a tampon in, or wake up with sweat rash from having a pad in all night, a ruined pair of pants because you've leaked everywhere and bedsheets that look like someone has been massacred. Would you want to do a full set of bedlinen laundry every single day for the duration of your period? I don't think so.
