actually, i am a 14 girl. I did say water vapour cigarette. Its water vapour inside a cigarette looking tube. It does blow out smoke, but its 100% nicotine free.

actually they are definitely not nicotine free. the whole point of those things is to deliver a smoker their nicotine with out all the tar and carcinogens contained in the smoke of a normal cigarette.

Actually, you're wrong. There are models that you can buy online and in stores that you buy the liquid to. I, personally, order liquid that is nicotine free all the time in such flavors as orange, vanilla, cherry, amaretto, and more. You just made yourself look like a douche. Search for "tasty vapor", and see for yourself.

It's fun how people are saying that OP desired it for smoking at 14. Let's take in the fact she lives in Canada. I don't know the legal age the, but it may be different from the US. And for the person that said it's not good for a 14 year old's body smoking isn't good for any body, plus it was a water vapor one. Way less harmful.

my father is an RCMP officer, sometimes does undercover work, when he sees people smoking weed, he scares them, (for his own amusement) but doesn't do anything else. he says its too much paperwork hahah

Nicotine is pretty analogous to caffeine... just throwing that out there. Burning tobacco smoke produces a whole lot of more harmful chemicals than nicotine.

That's good the cops told her that. She shouldn't be wasting their time. There are plenty of real emergencies around. Also my town has a ton of bike thefts every day. I'm sure there's also other stuff that the cops need to do where you live other than listen to some cranky person while about everything you do. Teenagers just have a bad rap :( Some are troublemakers but not every teen is!

That entirely depends on what variety she has, or what carts she's loading it with. They make both E-cig ad E-hookah carts. The former has nicotine, the latter just flavor.

Actually if you spent more than 30 seconds researching this you would know that they have all sorts of different types of vapor (juice), some with nicotine, some without, and the ones with nicotine have various strengths of nicotine. They certainly do have nicotine free vapor "juice" tho, it basically just delivers water vapors and flavor.

E-cigarettes are addictive too so well done for not trying. Good on your parents and the cops.
