Take it in a good way and do what i did! My parents were also giving me crap about my weight but now I started a diet and have already lost about 9 pounds in 2 weeks. (Don't know if that's actually a good amount for 2 weeks though.)

Tell you're dad to be nicer and key onto his level. Don't lock him out of your heart for this one little mishap. That's a combination for heartbreak and family drama.

You can re-change the word that opens the lock. He bought you a lock so u know he cares. Maybe he would like to work out with you?

I'd get a new lock if I were you. Wouldn't put it past someone to guess the password if used soley at the gym.
