I have to agree with you getting the police involved. He obvioulsy has a respect issue and that would (or atleast should ) snub it out if you have a police officer come over, you make a report and state who took your phone and let your father know that the next time he pulls some immature crap you WILL press charges. It may seem extreem, but in the same respect so is taking a grown adults phone Who is obviouslt mature enough to work and pay her bills. He has no place taking anything you own and pay for, for any reason
