#109, that's so stupid I just regurgitated all of the stupid that I just read from my eyes. Evidently, she's not mature enough to consent to sex because a) she told her mother like it was a joke; b) she might have contracted an STD or gotten pregnant, we don't know. However, if she was stupid enough to BRAG to her mother about it, she's probably stupid enough not to use protection (by the by, it's rare for teenagers to get STDs at that age simply because children of the opposite sex haven't gotten the chance to contract an infection yet.) The problem is exactly what you said, the age that many lose their virginity is lowering and lowering. Don't you see where that can spiral to? When children have sex young, and they don't know all of the precautions of it, there's a MUCH higher chance of getting an STD or a pregnancy on your hands. And finally, she definitely -did- have sex. You don't have to say it word for word to get the point across. If she wanted to say "I'm going to beat you" she would have said it. I hate to be rude to other people on the internet, but that was extremely ignorant of you. Think before you type.
