Would probably be a good idea to first tell her exactly what the situation was, before she gets excited by the idea of getting back with you. After that, unless there is a major reason not to- and I mean something like having a kid together- it'd be a good idea to take her number out of her phone, especially since you don't like her and in fact hate her.
Maybe drunk version you is more mature than sober version. How sad it isn't the opposite :(
that's on you bud
You should perhaps let her know that you have no intentions of being with her again. Even if you despise her, you clearly are above making that apparent, even while drunk. You can probably let her know in a nice way
The rules about not drunk-dialing apply to men as well as women, in which case, YDI. Now, you have to admit that you were drunk and didn't mean what you said.

One of the many reasons why you shouldn't drunk-dial. Unless you meant you were speaking to her in person last night. In that case, why the hell were you hanging out with someone you "despise"? Either way, you're still responsible for the things that the drunk version of you did/said. If she got the wrong idea from drunk-you about getting back together, YDI.
How fun. Drunk version you wasn't acting a total knob despite despising her, so that Must mean you like her still.
