Today, my family and I ran into an older man my parents knew. He continually asked me questions like do you play football, have you started shaving yet, etc. I thought he was joking. He told my parents I had grown into quite a young man. I am a girl and he wasn't joking. FML

Of course close minded assholes like you think girls need to be stereotypical with the pink sparkly shit and skirts to be identified as female. Go get bent moron.

don't worry! you wont see him today, he has to go get his eyes checked!

haha i've done the same thing i went along to a concert with my mum, her friend and what i thought was her daughter, i tried chatting her up... later mum told me it was a guy haha what a freak

Hm. Well older people probably tend to have more stereotypical ideas of what a female should look like. If they see someone with short hair and they're not wearing a skirt/dress (and also have a small chest, I'd assume), they look like a guy to them. Or maybe if someone's not familiar with a certain race they don't perceive gender correctly within that race. (Like those people who think all asians look the same, and don't distinguish facial features properly :S) Also, if you're young, its not really a big deal. Boys & girls look pretty similar at that stage.

i would LOVE to see a picture of you.

She deserves it? Bullshit. YLIF. He's a creeper anyway.

Unless you're a butch lez and trying to look like a guy on purpose, YDI. Sorry, but how does a girl look like a guy...? Unless you're under 5 (which I very very highly doubt you are) your gender should be easy to distinguish. Yeesh. Your life IS ******, but, hey, ya deserved it.
