Today, my friend took me and a bunch of other guys out to a nice dinner. This was his way to say thank you for helping him move to a new apartment. He got the cheque, excused himself to go to the restroom and never came back to pay. FML

the classic dine n dash. what a great friend you have.

How horrible! i would have chewed him out!

Chew him out?...when money is involved, that calls for an ass kickin!

Lol you have a point! Ok chew him out, kick his ass then chew him out some more! Lol

Since I'm so paranoid of this happening I follow that person to the bathroom, while thinking in my head "bitch get at me."

Well Salty... that's just straight up creepy...

It might be, but they'll never ditch me with the bill. If they do then I'll order 500 pizzas to their homes. Muahahaha... too crazy?

Cheque is British English and check is American English

it actually says "[Kentucky - United States]"..

I was writing the difference between the two because I knew that people were going to comment on it

Doing a dine-and-dash is near the top of my list of "Top 10 things I hate about douchebags".

what's at the top? matrix coats? that's on my list

Jersey Shore should be top 5 at the very least. I'd be more specific but I don't actually care.

if you're from Kentucky why do you spell it cheque and not check, I thought that was only from England..
