Today, I bought a new iPod to replace my old one which decided to stop working. After purchasing my new nano iPod, I decided to bang my old iPod on the desk very hard because it was useless. It started working again. FML

Just say that you didn't realise she said Nana, and be supportive, certain peoples accents / how they say things can be confusing... At least you didn't say something really bad. Like oh just throw it away or get an upgrade.. I'm sure there's worse things to say though :P
