You're damned if you do and you're damned if you don't. You're not allowed to take a dive and you can't totally pwn her either. what's a guy to do? Here's an idea. Ask for a rematch and place a wager on it. If you win, she has to have sex with you. If she wins, you have to have sex with her. There are no losers and everyone goes to bed happy.

see when me and my ex used to play poker (strip xD) we were both competative but nobody let anyone win...and winner got to do whatever they wanted to the other one after, ending in a lovely round of intense sex. :D

If you'd beaten her she probably would have thrown a fit too. I'm a really sore loser, so I'm speaking from experience. :] Although I wouldn't have cared about the "respect" thing.
