Today, my girlfriend bought herself a brand new iPad and iPod Touch, and returned my aging iPod and Kindle, which she constantly steals for her own use. She considers it my Valentine's Day present. FML

That sucks. Its also bad because Apple is legitimately stupid. The spent time and money to have the option of allowing phones to tether and have mobile hot-spots but then tell phone companies to put it in their TOS that you can't use it. Droid is the way to go. Open-Source and less restrictions.
