Today, my girlfriend broke up with me because she suspected me of cheating. She thought I was cheating because she caught me sneaking out in the middle of the night. I was sneaking out to plan my proposal to her. FML

I don't get why were you sneaking out into the middle of night to plan a proposal??? Isn't that the type of thing you do during the day? Sounds shady, I say either you were a) cheating with prostitutes b) cheating with male prostitutes or c) you are a prostitute. All sound like valid reasons to break up with you!

Okay I'm just gonna go with my gut and say that most of you are guys, because any and every woman I know, including myself would not believe this story at all. Maybe we wouldn't break up with him but sneaking out in the middle of the night? What if your girlfriends did that? What would all of you think? Besides, you should have just asked her for some alone time because you want to surprise her and do something romantic. That would've been a lot better than sneaking out in the middle of the night. YDI for not thinking!!

You had just dodged a major bullet. You might feel sad for a while but you should be really happy you're rid of the psycho bitch. Trust me, if someone breaks up with you without even asking *once* why you were sneaking out has serious issues. Communication, it is what makes or breaks a relationship, especially after marriage. Obviously in this case, her communication skills are comparable to that of a broken radio.
