Well, maybe she has a cat and the cat had kittens. Did you ever think of that?
ouch
even though this says "dog," i seriously think this fml and the other one with the kitties are related...
haha. I thought the same thing. ^_^
indiana, California, yup. Skype date
haha that was awesome.
#42 FTW! But seriously, OP: are you sure? Someone above you in the FMLs said her boyfriend of 5 years forgot she had a cat and broke up with her...so I'm just sayin'...think hard. :D
he who is good at making excuses is seldom good for anything else (or she in this case)
As a dude, I have to disagree. Leting you down easy: "You seem nice, but I'm not into you." Screwing with you: "Yeah lets totally date! I want you so much! How bout this weekend? Cancel your other plans and make reservations somewhere ritzy. Oh my cat is having kittens How bout next week?...Oh my dog is having puppies! How bout next week?..." My girlfriend does that to guys all the time, it's just mean. FYL, OP.
Sucks if she is lying, but it's entirely possible she is getting one of the puppies. Why don't you ask her instead of complaining about it on the internet?

Well hopefully you confronted her.
Uh, are you sure? That sounds like a pretty outrageous, not to mention easily disproven excuse to just invent.
