Tell your parents. If you're Grandpa is elderly, this may be a sign of FTD (Frontal Temporal Lobe Disorder) a kind of dementia. The person may gradually lose his or her inhibitions and exhibit bizarre behavior that's quite disruptive to the family, even dangerous. Your family may see a number of months of changing personality. The lack of inhibitions (because that part of the brain is effected) can become worse to the point of violence, incarceration, and hospitalization in some cases. So this may be more than creepy, and you need to tell your family and keep protected. Even if it's not FTD, you need to keep protected.
