Today, my hatred for IKEA reignited when I rammed my knee into my hotel bathroom's plexiglass counter top while I was drying myself off. Their interior designer must have have been suffering brain damage when she matched everything with the floor tiles. FML

To the people that keep having a hissy fit about me hating IKEA — deal with it. It's a matter of personal taste and I happen to dislike not only the design of their pieces but also the quality of their furniture; which is rubbish. You like it? Fine, whatever. I couldn't care less. I don't like it and I'm not changing my mind just because you think I should like it. And, again, personally, to me, IKEA is overrated. With that in mind, please feel free to hate me, or my furniture preferences, as much as you like; I'll be here in my little country having a life.

Oh please, like you hurting your knee wasn't your own fault.

Guys, leave her alone. IKEA isn't that great. And for people to get mad about something as stupid as someone not liking the same FURNITURE as you, is just pathetic. It doesn't matter if you like IKEA or not beacuse when is your opinion on that EVER matter in life? Never. so everyone chill and think about what your accually arguing about before you say stuff like that.

Thank you----! Finally someone that doesn't get on my case because of my taste in furniture.

Personally, I like IKEA. I've had good experiences with them. But not everyone does. Most people can't even put the furniture together that I know of. ****, in my family of 14, including my in-laws (and that's just immediate family) I'm the only one who can. I get called to put the stuff together all the time. But that's just me. IKEA isn't for everyone. They just have a large variety in one place.

How would you get confused between floor tiles and a counter top? I just don't see how anyone could be that silly.

"I got to stay in a hotel but I hit my knee, WAH WAH WAH" ******* first world problems -.-

Read comment #118. *sigh* This is getting old... Also i'm female. Just saying.

Three things, One, how can you ram a knee on a counter TOP unless your either really tall..... Or just incredibly skilled Two, how does this relate to IKEA, And three, by reading this it makes I seem like the floor was made out of plexiglass the looked identical to the counter top. This makes no sense. How could you mistake it for the floor unless you are really tall and were looking completely down so that you could not see the sides of the counter, making the floor seen the exact same as the counter...

I'm sorry, but the **** is this about exactly?
