Today, my husband told me that he can't find his passport. We're supposed to be leaving for Prague in two days. He's known about the trip for months. It was the anniversary vacation that was going to help our frayed relationship. Now my money is going to a hotel in Prague, but I'm not. FML

Today, the day before my wife and I leave for our 1 year anniversary trip, I realized my passport expires in 2014, not 2015. Instead of a week's stay at an all-inclusive resort in the Dominican Republic, we'll be spending three days in Louisville. Three angry days in Louisville. FML

Today, I went with my girlfriend to the airport for some much needed vacation time. We arrived on time but were stopped at the gate when they told me I didn't have the right passport. The plane left without me. My girlfriend did too. FML

Today, I was unable to go on my dream vacation because I thought I'd lost my passport. Feeling incredibly stupid, I had no choice but to watch my plane depart without me. Shortly after, my brother handed me passport, saying that since I wasn't going on my trip, I could use my refund to pay for his cat's surgery. My trip was non-refundable. FML

Today, I told my boyfriend I wouldn't be able to get any time off work to go to Mexico with him, and that we'd have to get our tickets refunded, and reschedule. He said not to bother, and that he already had someone else in mind to take with him. FML

Today, my husband told me to look for a honeymoon resort, since we had to cancel it last year. I looked everything up and got all excited. Just when I asked him for payment information, he said "April Fools!" April Fools was two days ago. FML

you so have to update this with what you ended up doing -- if he seemed genuinely sorry he couldn't find passport then you got a day to rip the house apart looking for it. and although not my strong point people seem to know you may not need a passport so call up the airline and check with them. and if he seemed to of 'not found it / lost it' on purpose and doesn't care then don't tell him he doesn't needs a passport take a friend or go on your own and have the best damned time possible xxx and get his mother of mother in law to go to your house for a few days to 'look' after him with hints to make his next few days very very miserable :D

Go to Prague without him. Have a wonderful time. If he's still wanting to be part of your marriage when you return, then go to counseling together. If not, then you've had a holiday to a beautiful city, and you can deal with him when you return. You'll love Prague; it's gorgeous!
