I would have stayed awake if she would have called before, not like it happens often

This happened to me a few years ago. My roommate and I woke up to our 50+ year-old male landlord hovering over us. We were 18-year-old girls.
29, you said tab instead of tad. Simple mistake, yeah, but if your gonna get on someone else's ass about spelling and grammar, you best have some damn good spelling and grammar yourself. Also, I believe some of your sentences are missing a few commas, trying to read them without a break for a comma turns them into quite the mouthful. I would also like to point out, when you actively pursue someone over a grammar error, after they acknowledged the mistake and provide a reason, you go from grammar nazi to straight up bitch.
"here is the bathroom... oh and here is the bedroom, and here is the current tenant!"
Oh, and there's his... Oh... Nothing to look at here!!!
Where I am, they have to give you 24 hours written notice to show the place.
You can't exactly blame the landlord. The only time OP'll be at home is late at night. Who'd want to visit houses at that hour?

#70, Other people who work night shift. (Thanks again for replying, OP.)
Idea: Sleep naked in the room that visitors have to gø into to see the house. Dø everything you can to seem disgusting, like slobber on the floor and make yøur hair all messy then sleep in the room mentioned before, and the landlord will probably get the hint to not come in that time of day. Dear grammar nazis: I try to use correct grammar, but with long comments, it's kinda hard to proofread, so please be kind if you must correct me. I'm gønna be thumbed down so much, aren't I?
Why do you have lines through some of your "O"'s and not others?

Renting sucks.
