Today, my mom added me on Facebook. She wrote on my wall, for the whole world to see, "Why are you swearing on the internet?! You're grounded". FML

haha oh well.. that's why you shouldn't accept family members on fb if you dont want them to see certain things.

That's what you get for saying things on the internet you won't normally say in front of your mom.

If you knew your mother would not like you cursing, you deserve it. If she did not want to hear it from your lips, why would she want to see it typed out.

Next time you get a notification that says "Your mother would like to be your friend" reply and say "Thanks mom, but I prefer you as my mom, not friend" YDI for accepting the request. . .and FYL your mom wants to befriend you.

that's one good reason for not adding parents or other familymembers on facebook...agreed with 88

What are you? 12? Your mother gave you life, so unless she's a crackwhore, abused you or left you in a dumpster when you were born, she deserves more respect than that!

Well, you shouldn't have been cussing. If you're young enough to be grounded, you have to abide by your mother's rules. I've been on fb since I was 19, added my mother about 5 years ago and she's pretty cool about what I say or do on fb.

I've got some family on fb... little brother, sister and some cousins but you're asking for it when you have your parents on there. YDI

I FEEL UR PAIN! my mom does the same thing so eventually I just blocked her :)

That's real mature. Would of been better just to unfriend her.

haha thats funny just delete the comment it's not even a big deal

My mum laughed at my drunk photos on facebook. Being friends on there has actually improved our relationship. It's sad but very true.
