Today, my mom and I had an argument about my laziness. We did this as I was eating uncooked rice because I didn't want to have to walk to the kitchen and put it into the microwave. FML

Who the **** microwaves rice? Invest in a rice cooker, or maybe something simple called a stove?

I guess you don't go out grocery shopping much, huh? Uncle Ben's. He allows all the fine people of the world to microwave rice and it tastes just as good as you'd get from a rice cook or stove. Also, stoves are not more simple than microwaves.

You get special microwave packets of rice now, they are Ok but the rice tastes a bit rubbery.
