When my granma died, making phone calls was the last thing on her mind. Dont start more drama out of nothing OP, just pick the outfit because that makes you an even more special grandchild. may she R.I.P.

Maybe she is thinking ahead so she won't have to do it when the time comes. If she has passed away, remember its about your grandma, not your mom. Keep your focus where it should be.
