Today, my mom drove my family to the desert for a themed family photo. We had to wear big frumpy old western-looking clothes in 115 degree weather. Hot and agitated, I muttered, "This is the ugliest thing I've ever had to wear." My mom, looking hurt, replied, "That's my wedding dress." FML

Today, whilst trying on wedding dresses with my mom, she told me that I looked fat and awful in the dress I liked. When I told her how hurtful she was being, she told me that I should be grateful that she told me what she thought instead of laughing at me behind my back. FML

Today, I drove my cousin to her wedding. The photographer said I was too ugly for the official photos so they searched the crowd for a good looking guy to pose as the driver in my new car. No one in the crowd stopped to defend me. My mom told me it's my own fault. FML

Today, my mom and I took my senile grandmother to the mall, since she doesn't get out much. She complained it was hot, then took her clothing off in the middle of the food court. It took us thirty minutes to make her put her shirt back on. FML

If you see an ugly baby and say "wow, look at that ugly baby" and someone says "that's my baby". Does that make it less ugly? The same with your mom's dress.

The only way you could put this is: you are a bitch. Your moms doing a very nice thing for you and you should at least not complain. And YDI for not knowing that you were wearing her wedding dress.

Wow. I feel sorry for you. All these people saying 'You're so rude!' or 'You're so inconsiderate!'. She was in extremely hot weather, was probably sweaty in the long wedding dress. She was so tired, and probably thirsty, she just had to complain a bit.
