Plot twist: op is in a wheel chair, mother has a ****** up sense of humor...
You sure it isn't just an excuse because she can't be asked to get the things herself?
We could all use exercise. Doesn't necessarily mean you are overweight. I weigh 120 lbs and I can use all the exercise I can get. I wish I had a house with stairs. That is good exercise right there. Actually, I just wish I had a house in general. Or a real home ._.
Mothers know best. She is looking out for you!
"No, you go get it for me, why do you think I had kids?" Who hasn't heard that sentiment before?
Reply: Well I do it for you so you won't fall a break a hip.
Well than tell her she could use it way more than you do ;)
OP's mom is a bitch. plain and simple. She sounds just like my mom. my mom will say I am so fat and will bitch for HOURS if I bring home a chocolate bar, but will expect me to eat massive triple servings of her fried food for main meals (she prepares boiled/healthy for herself though) and I am not allowed in the kitchen. you can't win with parents like that.
I do run at least a mile everyday. I could have used the exercise forty pounds ago. Now I'm an average weight, but I guess to her I'll always be fat.

Well go out for a run so she'll stop
She just could've told you her concerns instead of you fetching her own things.
