Today, after spending $120 to have a bouquet of flowers delivered to my mom, she called to complain that I had forgotten about her for Mother's day, but also praise my sister for apparently receiving my flowers I sent at the door and passing them off as hers. FML

Mother's Day has always been the worst holiday ever in my family's house. Some moms you just can't win with. I think that if he knew that Mother's Day was the 10th, and she didn't, he probably would have remembered better than she.

I love the way things played out. If u got her a gift, she wins. If you try to get her back by not getting her a gift, she'll probably say something like "AHA! I was right! You did forget!" and she wins again rofl!
