That doesn't necessarily make her a weaboo, though A fictional character could be played by a real actor, for example, like someone from Supernatural, etc.
You can have your love for characters while having a real life(as well as love life) as well.

I'd like to think that being able to crush on fictional characters shows a healthy amount of imagination. It's the obsession that's the unhealthy part.
That's a sign a book is really compelling if it can actually make you feel real feelings towards the characters. Don't want to take it too far but having a crush on a fictional character is not that big a deal.
It would be hilarious if your mom was very religious and always talking about Jesus.
