Grandmas gone wild. Watch as she passes the torch to future generations.
Does she know what it is??
I don't see how this is an FML. I think it's rather hilarious. Your daughter is not going to read the magazine or know what it is and even if your mother-in-law knows what playboy is I doubt she would have bought it for anything other than how cute it is. Playboy might be risque but the logo and coloring are things that would appeal to a child (a bunny and pink). Be the mother. The MIL is not raising your child. This problem is solved by simply telling your MIL what the logo represents and how you feel about it (respectfully). Tell her that anything with that logo is not allowed on your daughter at any point in her life (until after 18). Ask her to return the it for something more child friendly. If she refuses, stand your ground and remove the item for your daughters room. Then take your daughter to the store and have her pick out a new, appropriate replacement and donate the the item to good will.
Throw that crap away. What a b!tch!!!!!
The fact they're obviously making bedclothes small enough for a five year old is kind of worrying in itself.
Apperantly your reading comprehention is a big deal. The FML said the giel was 5 years old, not 3.

If you find it offensive, the problem is solved by simply telling your MIL that the logo is not appropriate for a child. You can opt to tell her that the logo is not allowed near your child, or on anything purchased for her in the future. Ask her to return the it for something more child friendly. If she says no, then take your child to the store and replace the item with something she will like just as much and donate the offending item to good will where someone else can enjoy it. However, your daughter will not know what the logo means and making a big deal out of a bunny is not exactly mature. Your MIL most likely bought it to be nice, not to undermine you or make your daughter into a hooker. The magazine is not ****, its erotic "art" as my boyfriend says and the articles are actually pretty good. Making a big deal about "innocent" things will make your daughter more likely to want to know why mommy is freaking out over a bunny.

Worse that Playboy found it appropriate to make things for 5 year old.
Good luck in the future!
