She just can't seem to let go yet...
Well, you can tell her that if she wants to stay, she should give you all the profits from selling her place so you can "take care" of her.
Put your foot down and tell her she can't move in with you. If she has a key to your house, which she shouldn't, take it back
Then don't let her move in if neither of you want her there. And if she complains about not having anywhere to go, tell her maybe she should have talked to you about first before selling her house.
