Today, my motorcycle was stolen from the 4th level of my “secure” gated parking garage. I strategically park it tightly between my car and a concrete wall to limit theft opportunity. They scratched my car trying to get it out. FML

Today, for the second time this year, my motorcycle has been stolen, with no hope of recovery. The thieves even tore out the GPS tracking unit I'd installed to prevent it happening again. FML

Today, I rode my motorcycle to an appointment and parked in the parking garage. When I got out, some ass had pushed my bike from the spot and had boxed it in between the wall and his car. Apparently, he felt he deserved the spot more than me and didn't care if I wanted to leave. FML

Today, I parked my motorcycle in a parking spot. When I came back, my bike had been moved and was laying on its side with a note saying, "Sorry I dropped your motorcycle I was trying to move it forward so I could park my car because there weren't any other spots." FML

Today, I saw my bike locked outside a Starbucks down the street from my house. It was stolen about 10 days ago from my communal laundry room. There was even a cop parked across the street, but I have no proof to show that bike even belonged to me. FML

Today, I woke up and went down to my apartment's underground garage/laundry area to do my laundry and noticed my family's car in the back of the lot, as far away from the garage door as can be, had been broken into. The other, more expensive cars around the garage were untouched. FML

@Posters: It says that he parked it there to limit theft opportunities. It doesn't say that he didn't also lock the handlebars and used an alarm. Don't assume that he did or didn't use an alarm and/or lock the handlebars @OP: FYL

#27 how is it my fault you are poor and choose to live in the sticks? You call yourself a redneck so you are obviously a proud hick just as I am proud that I have made something of myself (before you ask no my daddy isn't rich & I don't live off anyone but myself - in fact I support my family) and can afford to live in a nice community in the city, drive my european car and travel when I want to. I work 7 days a week to get where I am & have sacrificed a lot but I am damn proud of what I have and no-one is going to try & bring me down for that so don't even try because it just makes you look jealous.

That's rough! Something stolen and something damaged all in one go! If you get it back or decide to get another one, I'd install a GPS alarm so you know exactly where it's gone. Did you microspot tag the frame and have it registered so it identifiable as yours?
