Is he paying your phone when you've been with someone for 3 years? if so no excuse will do. p.s. stalking can be a good reason for restraining order.

Well I just read what u said, call the cops whenever he shows up. You might have to move, also destruction of property and repairs (phone line) write down every action keep a recorder with you and document as much evidence as u can. PS take down peoples' names for witnesses. Good luck.

I've experienced first and secondhand that restraining orders DO NOT WORK against people willing to break the law that easily.
