It's called a pyrolytic oven. It heats to such an intensity that it makes the dirt within the oven turns into a fine powder. It makes it so that you can just sweep all the stuff out from the bottom of the oven. They're pretty good, but definitely more expensive than your average oven. My kitchen design knowledge actually vaguely comes in handy every now and again. (:
