Today, my roommate has gone home for the weekend. She forgot to turn her alarm clock off. Her door is locked. FML

ugh, that happened like 5 different times last year in my dorm. only the alarm would go off for days on end. and one time it was over christmas break.

Find the switchboard and turn off the power in the room, then back on. It will effectively turn off the alarm.

Oh that happened to me once...it was at UMBC campus housing, those doors are sturdy. Believe me, I tried.

Heh, when I was in the dorms, the guys that lived next to the study room were always gone on the weekends. We used to call their room and let it ring just to drive the nerds that were studying crazy.

Haha that's hilarious XD but sucks for you. I wonder what she's hiding in the locked bedroom..

This jsut happened to me last weekend! i was at my bf's dorm and his friend hadn't come home last night. His alarm went off at 6 am, he didn't get home till one. The alarm gets louder and louder every so often. So much for a stay in bed day

that's the point of the fml- the door to the bedroom of which the alarm clock is in, is locked. therefore op cannot turn it off.
