Before I decide if your life sucks or you deserved it I need to know how you're allegedly making his girlfriend uncomfortable.
I hope you told him he could move out instead. Unless he lived there longer, but then he could at least have waited until you’re not bedridden.
Tell him to go **** off if you're mailing address is there and you've lived there for more than 30days, legally he can't kick ya out especially if you're on the lease plus in most places ya just can't kick out a injured or disabled person call the landlord or get a lawyer, don't stand for that.
Unless the place belongs to him, he cannot kick you out. Even if it belongs to him, he has to give you some time before you are required to move out (I would believe even more so now that you are bedridden). I have a feeling he is acting like this all because he wants his own privacy, or he wants his girlfriend to move in.
I hope you mean EX-girlfriend! Your roommate should be happy you’re bedridden — you’re very unlikely to bone his gf. The last thing he’ll want is a strapping dude to move in who possesses the balls he doesn’t.
Sure, roomie, I'll get right on that after I recover from surgery that has me bedridden for X amount of time.
Plot twist: And i was the one taking up the lease so i kicked him and his GF out to a “more comfortable” place
Tell him if you could get out of bed youd kick him in the nuts.
