Today, my ten-year-old sister had to write out my job application because no one can read my terrible handwriting. FML

Well I'm not sure your perfectly legible application filled out in crayon will do you much better.

25 - That is true for some people but it's certainly not true of ALL messy writers OR smart people.

Lucky for you that most people use computers nowadays. Or start writing capitals ;)

Don't worry, the other day I read when people write sloppily, they tend to be smarter, where as nicer handwriting means your less smart.

Guys were cursed with teribble hand writting only a few of us have readable handwriting

Nothing to be embarrassed about, I, myself don't have handwriting. I have foot-writing.

I think thats ok if you're a doctor....Or else, it's better to type it.

What's with all the YDIs? What is she supposed to do about this?

Practice... It's not a hard skill to learn. There are lots of books that'll show you how.

She should have got better handwriting years before!!

its not that simple. take it from someone who tried, for years.

Just like OP learned to write like she does, through practice and effort she can learn to write differently. It might not be easy, but it's not something that you can't do. Like learning to play an instrument.

What are you going to do if they ask you write something at your this new job.

Get a fountain pen. It will help slow you down to see the words more clearly.
