Keep it. If it's expensive you can show it off.
Test of your resolve to be sober. Hope you passed.
I think that your uncle was probably testing you however he crossed a huge line and it is very unacceptable to bring alcohol to a recovering alcoholic, my sister is a recovering alcoholic and I know how hard it has been how congratulations for staying sober for a year it's definitely something to celebrate, I'm proud of you keep up the hard work.
A lot of alcoholics don't care what they are drinking, they just need that drink.
Sorry that your uncle doesn't seem to get it. Rise above! I actually know a few people that purposely try to sabotage their friends/family that quit drinking. Reason? They miss hanging out with their drink buddy!
Wow, that's like baking a big sugary cake for someone with diabetes. :(
Cheers :)
you can always have some Cola!

Well it can serve as a great reminder to keep going with your sobriety.
If you've been sober that long I'm sure you can stay strong and resist it. Did your uncle even know what the celebration was for though? That's pretty inconsiderate.
