That is very uncomfortable and not something a family member (or anyone for that matter) should be doing. Delete him and maybe have your parents address the issue, assuming you still live with them.

If it makes you uncomfortable, OP then maybe you should have a chat with him. If that doesn't work then delete him and have one of your parents (whom ever is related to him) address the issue.
