Go find the best (or worst) divorce lawyer you can and have her find out when she gets served the papers. Don't let her know about those photos until you've got divorce proceedings underway, then have your lawyer inform her lawyer of their existence. Make sure you get in first because she seems like the kind of woman who will lie through her teeth to make you look like the bad guy and consequently get her way, if you get in first, she's on the back foot and anything she says is just retaliatory bitchiness.
