Today, the alarm clock downstairs has been going off since 3am. The apartment belongs to two other students. They've gone home. Only 3 more days left to go. FML

Ask like the owner/manager or something to go in and turn it off. Complain.

This happened to me in the dorms. It was going for like 4 days before it either died or facilities finally got around to turning it off -_- Just tell the owner, if you know where it's coming from! they'd probably get it done faster since it's an appt.

Yeah, definitely contact the building super, or the RA or building manager if you're in a dorm. In a dorm a lot of employees may be gone for the holidays as well, but hopefully you'll find someone around. (For those who don't know, apartment building superintendents often live in the same building. If you own rather than rent though it can be a lot harder to get someone to help, just like if you had a private house.) Really hope you've gotten this fixed, OP. If worse comes to worst though, I think it's headphone time. Or if it's easier you could just turn your stereo up loud -- the benefit to people's being away is that there are fewer neighbors to bother.

YDI for not going to talk to the landlord or whoever. ALTHOUGH FYL because alarm clocks are a good annoyance.... I'm going to go with FYL for your irritation

It says you posted this at 2:29am. So has it been going off for an entire day or something?

Well judging by the time you posted this it's working

Break in turn off feel free to urinate on anything that looks like it has sentimental value

why not trip the breaker to their apartment?

It's an apartment. Apartments have managers. The solution is self-evident, and you are a moron.
