Hey, OP here. I lotion my feet multiple times a day. I also work at a place that requires me to constantly be on my feet. It's not like I don't try to fix it. I've had it for a long time now, I even have my own pedicure instruments and sugar scrub, but it doesn't help get my feet 100% smooth.

Sometimes you can use all the lotion you want but it doesn't help. Where I am right now, I have to put it on every five minutes and my skin still dries out and cracks. It could just be a combination of the weather and humidity. One thing I have started using which helps slightly is hydrocortisone. It at least keeps it softer a little longer.
Pumice stone. Rasp. Emory paper. There are even 4-in-1 tools that have all the aforementioned as well as bristles that you can buy at any major pharmacy or department store. Find them. Use them.
Moisturise, gurrrl.

Maybe time for a pedicure? Some exfoliation and good lotion would do you some good. Take care of yourself!
