Show it anywayLeaking nude pictures of someone is (currently) not a criminal offense in the United States. Blackmail, however, is. If you can prove that he is trying to use pictures against you then you could probably get him charged, but keep in mind that in most cases of blackmail the offender winds up releasing whatever they hold over the victims head as soon as the investigation begins
