He owns the business or I would have already!! I know this because I only started closing this late after he found out I have a boyfriend.

You shouldn't have to put with that. It would be bad enough to have a jealous boyfriend, much less to have a jealous boss lol.
depending on your gender that could be considered sexual harassment or discrimination I would take it up wit HR if there is one or your bosses boss or a harassment lawyer
OPs unknown gender makes this one of two situations. If op is a woman, then her boss is a jealous douche. If op is a man, then his boss is a bigoted douche. Either way, ops boss is a douche; and op should go to HR or start looking for a new job.
Every time you see them brag how good last night was.
Oh wow
Well, quit.
Not sure about this, what did the boss say that makes you think it's actually jealousy? I've had 2 jobs where I was mainly scheduled to work long closing shifts on the weekends because that was what they needed me to do. Bosses and Co-workers can be frequently clueless about ones obligations on off hours be it room mates or other things and generally schedule as needed.
Fake a break up. Record results of following work shifts. Go to HR with findings. Get boss fired. Get promoted.

sounds like your boss is a little jealous.
That's a bit unreasonable.
