Why is everyone saying that OP needs a new job or needs to complain about her boss? Maybe he is scheduling her for that because that's when they need her. It's a possibility that OP is also the one who is best at the job she is given. It could just be a coincidence. The most I would suggest is to tell your manager that you're no longer going to be available that late on the weekends, or available for 12 hour shifts. Your boss doesn't need to know why you're making a change in availability... and if it's an issue, he's clearly understaffed and needs to hire someone to pick up where you are no longer able to work.

Considering the OP already said they only started getting those shifts after their boss found out they have a boyfriend, I find it unlikely that there's any other reason.
